Panto Song Ideas

Inspiring Niche Panto Songs

Sometimes you need to fill a niche in your show, with a song for a specific occasion or scene. We've got you covered with some niche panto song ideas.

  • New Girl in Town – Hairspray. A good number for a newcomer to the village.

  • 9 to 5 – Dolly Parton. The classic number for a work scene.

  • Razzle Dazzle – Chicago. An on-the-nose track for a mesmerising magician’s act, this works very well if your magician is trying to steal something.

  • Anything You Can Do (I Can Do Better) – Annie Get your Gun. The classic rivalry song, whether it’s old school friends or immortal enemies, this is a great choice for a bit of comedy.

  • Bills – Lunch Money Lewis. A fun, fast-paced number which is perfect for times when the coffers are empty!

  • Every Day I Love you Less and Less – Kaiser Chiefs. A number that works well for a rivalry!

  • Wellerman. A great alternative to the well-known sea shanties, made popular by Nathan Evans on TikTok in 2020.

  • Dance the Night (from ‘Barbie’) – Dua Lipa. A versatile modern number that works well in a ballroom, or even as a transformation.

  • Thriller – Michael Jackson. Synchronised zombie dancing makes for a great UV scene!
