The Most Fiendish Panto Baddie Songs

Having a song for your panto villain is the perfect way to add an air of menace or comedy to the performance. There are may versatile songs that are perfect for a panto baddie, and we've found some of the best panto villain songs to bring out the best (or worst) in your antagonist!

  • Born this Way – Lady Gaga. This brash, sassy number is just right for your villain to strut their stuff to.

  • Bad Guys – Bugsy Malone. A fun comedy number for the baddie and/or the brokers’ men.

  • Black Magic – Little Mix. A great upbeat number for your female villain who has a love potion up her sleeve.

  • Bad Romance – Lady Gaga. This number works in a similar way to the previous one.

  • Don’t Stop me Now – Queen. This versatile number works just as well for villains as it does for heroes!

  • How Bad Can I Be? - Dr Seus’ The Lorax (movie). A modern, rhythmic number which works well for your brash in-your-face villain.

  • The One and Only – Chesney Hawkes. For your baddie with no confidence issues!

  • Love Doesn’t Stand a Chance – Once upon a Time (TV show). This number is made for a panto villain at the height of their power.

  • You’ll be Back / What Comes Next? – Hamilton. With a bit of adapting, the reasonably simple original number can become sinister and threatening!

  • When you’re an Addams – Addams Family Musical. A fun salsa number that with a few lyric changes can become an effective baddie number (‘When you’re a Villain’)
